Commercial Property Solicitor

My client, a well established and respected Private Practice Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their offices in Stratford Upon Avon.

The Role:

As the successful Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have a varied job role, which will namely include, managing your own caseload of Commercial Property Files from inception to completion.

This may include:

• Acquisitions
• Disposals
• Leases
• Landlord & Tenant
• Contracts

There may also be opportunity to get involved in agricultural and renewable energy work.

Requirements:

In order to be suitable for this post, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of handling your own caseload within a Commercial Property department. This role would suit an individual of 5-10 years PQE and has the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You will also have a versatile and flexible approach and have excellent client care qualities.

Benefits:

• Salary DOE £40,000-£60,000
• Office / Remote working
• 25 days holiday + BH
