Director - Project Management

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project management professional to assist in driving forward and developing an existing client base of landowners, developers, commercial and public sector clients within Oxford and the surrounding counties.

You will be joining the business as a Director and will be expected to assist with the following:

– Continuation of growth within the team.
– Winning new work on a local and/or National level.
– Able to mentor and promote CPD internally providing clear progression for junior staff.
– Be able to engage with fellow colleagues and build contacts across the UK offices.
– Take the lead on major projects and be able to demonstrate the core values fo the business when doing so.

What type of sectors does this Business Cover

– Education – Working extensively with the Oxford Colleges
– Pharma and Labs – Opportunities across the Oxford Market
– Offices – Predominantly Cat A &B Fit Out for Corporate Clients
– Industrial – Working closely with London and other offices on large scale Industrial Units

Project Types will include – Refurbishment, New Build, Fit Outs and Strategic Project Consultancy.

Who am I working for?

You will be joining a well known, and highly regarded property consultancy. You will be reporting into a Head of Office and working closely with fellow Directors across Building Consultancy. The office environment is very friendly with some excellent professionals making up the teams. Whilst not overly formal, the culture is work hard and be well rewarded. Staff are well looked after in this company with many senior figureheads spending 15+ years as part of the business.

Salary and Package Details

– GBP70,000 to GBP75,000 Basic Salary
– GBP8,000 Car Allowance
– Excellent Pension Scheme
– Excellent Annual Bonus scheme
– Private Healthcare and the like also included.
– Annual leave entitlement up to 30 days plus bank holidays

Total Package value is circa GBP100,000 to GBP120,000.

What experience do I need to be suitable for this job

– MRICS/MAPM – Highly Desired
– Project Management / Building Surveying or Cost Management background
– Proven track record delivering Project Management services on behalf of a consultancy specifically within the Industrial and or Labs sector.
– Able to demonstrate where you have been the lead for Projects from inception through to practical completion with values up to GBP40–50million. Projects typically range from GBP5–25 million.
