An excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to take a step up in their career with an award winning legal 500 firm based in Sussex
Property Litigation Solicitor - 3 years +
A leading Kent firm are seeking an experienced Property Litigator to come and join their busy Litigation team.
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years PQE up to a more senior level.
You will be undertaking a broad range of property litigation matters including 1954 Act renewals, Leasehold Enfranchisement, landlord and tenant disputes, residential and commercial debt recovery and possession actions, lease interpretation, advising on break clauses, as well as supporting the property team.
The firm are well known for the work that they undertake, and they have a fantastic reputation across the South East, they have a high staff retention and have a flexible way of working,
