Our client is one of the Leading Thames Valley firms for Real Estate. They are currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Reading based team. You will be acting for a wide range of clients working on various transactions including the acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold property and development related matters. You will be joining a team that prides itself on excellent technical and negotiating skills and which manages and drives successful transactions on all types of property including offices, retail, leisure, licensed premises and agricultural and acting for a variety of clients including the NHS and public bodies, food and restaurants, agricultural, franchising, leisure and retail and charities.
You will have experience of handling a general mix of good quality commercial property work and will be technically excellent, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
This will be an extremely rewarding role with excellent career prospects in a growing firm.
