Location: Hereford ( with remote working )

Salary: Circa GBP60,000 (OTE GBP100,000)

First Military Executive Recruitment are pleased to be supporting one of our clients in the recruitment for a Client Account Director to support their growth strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Client Account Director to help drive growth and expand their MOD division.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Strong relationship building skills are essential, as the main focus of this role will be to develop and expand a number of key existing client relationships whilst also developing new relationships ensuring they are a key partner in their projects and know about and win additional new business.
You would also be required to network within the MOD to increase clients profile and to develop new large scale and high value customer relationships. This is required to deliver more complex solutions to maximise the client satisfaction whilst achieving sales targets.
The ability to be strategic in order to identify and understand future MOD trends and expectations. This will enable you to influence product development within the business.
Able to liaise with and influence senior key stakeholders, decision makers while understanding their internal political climate in both new and existing customers. To ensure we have strong relationships at a senior level within the MOD that regard us as trusted partners.
A consultative, solutions style in order to facilitate client scoping meetings to understand complex customer requirements and create opportunities which you can then use to influence product development and provide solutions for the customer.
Gather information in order to work with the bid team to provide high quality, high value large scale bids, tenders, proposals and presentations in order to win business and deliver excellent customer service and experience.
Skills and Experience :

A good understanding of the MOD is required.
Able to guide the Marketing department on all MOD marketing campaigns.
Building internal relationships with the ability to use internal resources to the benefit of all parties.
Proactively add value to the business.
Contribue towards optimal MOD pricing.
Be able to take the MOD sales team with you and offer them a high standard of mentoring and guidance.
Build and develop a team of experts within the MOD arena to effectively sell core products of training design, training delivery and training needs analysis whilst working within the business to on–board new MOD specific products.
Build a team through internal or external hires.
Be passionate about customer service.
Undertake personal learning, development and CPD.
Proven track record with evidence of high performance.
Location: Hereford ( with remote working )

Package: Circa GBP60,000 (OTE GBP100,000)
