Job Title: HR Business Partner (working as an operational commercial Bus Partner to senior Leadership team)

Salary: Excellent salary + benefits

Location: Birmingham (Regional role across a number of sites based UK (South)

OVERVIEW:

The is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced operational HR Business Partner with excellent business acumen to work for a world leading organisation who continually invest in cutting–edge technology, world class research, innovation to provide the most effective solutions to their customers.

THE ROLE:

Reporting into a dynamic MD the HR Business Partner will play an integral role in shaping the business culture across a number of sites in the south of England, whilst driving a number of critical people projects, organisational design and performance across multiple sites in southern UK, leading on organisational change, delivering people projects regarding HR strategy, development and introduction of new initiatives.
Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, building credibility and contributing to business discussions in order to drive the people performance whilst leading and coaching best practice.
It will be important to be able to analyse data and provide insight to managers as a result of understanding KPI's and able to translate the mission of stakeholders into actionable plans.
Experience of influencing and driving business–wide change whilst operating in a challenging, fast paced manufacturing environment.

Entrepreneurial mind–set, motivated, high energy, enthusiasm with a naturally solutions orientated approach and someone who can express simplicity and clarity whilst asking the right questions to understand key business priorities and issues.

In the role of HR Business Partner – for the South you will report into a dynamic business minded MD and support the senior leadership team to ensure the People Strategy supports the business change to enable growth and improvement in productivity.

You will be playing a key role and be part of improvement plans and projects and be excited about the prospect of taking this part of the business on a journey of change and development.

THE CANDIDATE:

You will have excellent business acumen and have worked at the level of HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner in operational industrial environments working closely with senior Leadership Teams.

Previous experience of reporting into dynamic, driven business focused MD's demonstrating exceptional influencing skills and building strong working relationships and credibility.

A strong HR generalist with operational background and more recently moved into a HR business partnering role supporting senior leadership teams across a number of UK sites.

Experience of analysing data and the ability to translate and understand the key business drivers and finding solutions and ideas for leading on transformation and change in shaping the business culture and People Plan.

Experience of working across a number of operational sites as a stand alone HR professional capable leading on all things HR.

CIPD 7.

Capable of demonstrating leading on change, driving performance, leading on HR projects as well as broader group HR projects taking the view on cost efficiencies, head count projects and using your business acumen to produce real efficiencies across the people plan agenda.
Developing the People strategy and organisational design to drive effective change.

Excellent communicator at all levels, confident to challenge when required.
