The quality and value of Ethical Power's projects and reputation is such that our clients, investors and financing partners, development partners and other project stakeholders comprise of many of the renewable sector's leading blue chip participants.
The opportunity
Due to this sustained growth Ethical Power's legal team is now looking to recruit two additional lawyers, one being based in Exeter and the other in Bristol for its ICP business , to support the business with a diverse range of legal matters.
Working as part of an experienced legal team you will support the entire business across all of its operational aspects. This will involve daily interface with senior members of the Ethical Power development, design and technical, construction, and operation & maintenance teams so as to deliver on their intense and ambitious project development, construction and operation programme.
Initially your focus will be on EPC and O&M contracts with the opportunity to develop your expertise further on the project development side over time.
About you
You may currently be working in private practice or in-house and will ideally have had 3+ years experience of working within the energy and /or construction sector with strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills. Lawyers with a solid background within corporate and/or commercial transactions who can demonstrate a keen interest in moving into the renewables sector are also encouraged to apply.
