Head Of PMO – Homebased role – GBP65,000–GBP75,000
Our client are looking to bring in an experienced Head Of PMO to ensure that their current PMO team is maintained and managed to the get the very best out of them to meet the business demands.
You will come from a PMO leadership background and have experience in working with software and infrastructure. The role will have responsibility of line management for all PM and PMO staff, so you will be involved with 1–2–1 reviews, career development plans, staff well being and recruitment of new staff.
In addition to the line management duties, you will work closely with the senior board of Directors to ensure that there is a sufficient resource plan in place for the Project Management function to deliver on demands and that and any capacity issues are dealt with quickly. You will be providing input and reviewing major bid work for the business and also delivering fit for purpose operational level agreements for the PMO team to adhere to.
