Contentious Probate Solicitor

This is a unique Maidenhead-based opportunity to join a high-profile regional firm with a very busy contentious probate team.

The department has been steadily building up over the last few years and is now looking to grow the team with an additional contentious probate litigation solicitor (5+ years' PQE).

The successful candidate will need to be either a contentious probate specialist or have had a background in Litigation with an element of contentious probate.

You will be assisting the Partner with more complex high net worth matters while handling a full caseload comprising of contentious trusts and probate work, property litigation, boundary disputes and adverse possession claims with disputes over easements and restrictive covenants.

Excellent planning and organisational skills are imperative for this contentious probate litigation solicitor role. In return, the firm offer a market-leading salary with full benefits and a bonus package.
