We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Reward to join our HR leadership team based in Hampshire. You'll help deliver our 'One Simplyhealth' people plan through rewarding and recognising great performance, and, simplifying and strengthening our processes and ways of working.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, as Head of Reward you'll focus on:
Developing and implementing a Group wide reward and benefits strategy, which is modern, engaging relevant and commercially focused.
Shaping and advising on all elements of remuneration that drive performance and behaviours consistent with the Group's purpose, strategic ambitions and the culture to which we aspire.
Devising and implementing a best practice HR systems strategy that maximises and simplifies existing system functionality and engages our people
