Taking responsibility for the leadership and management of the Human Resources department. You will support the Firm's people strategy and be responsible for all HR activities across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to head up a successful team in a leading organisation.

Head of HR Responsibilities:

Working with the senior leadership team to develop and enhance the people strategy
Acting as the face of HR, with overall leadership of the HR function
Develop and implement an annual HR strategy which supports the businesses strategic plan
The delivery of all HR initiatives making sure that they are effectively implemented and managed across the business
Lead and manage the business's pay and reward strategy including the annual salary review
Lead and Manage the Firm's Wellbeing and benefits offering
Manage and maintain the talent matrix and ensure this feeds into succession plans, being involved with Senior Recruitment
Overall responsibility for a HR team
Lead various project workRequired Skills & Experience:

CIPD qualified is essential (level 7 desirable)
Previous Head of HR experience, working with a medium or large organisation
Preferably within a professional services environment
Proven track record in managing a HR team and operating at a senior level
An ability to influence senior stakeholders
Exceptional organisational and communication skills with proven leadership capabilities.
Strong employment law knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
