Tasks & Responsibilities

Ensure fit for purpose processes are in place to support the Structures service
Provide analysis, advice and support to resolve problems and enhance business and operational performance
Actively seek new opportunities for large projects
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and direction to ensure the maintenance of professional standards and high levels of motivation and commitment
Build a service delivery team for today and tomorrow, and one that is highly motivated in looking after the clients
Lead and facilitate delivery of training, development and succession plans for the serviceCould this role be for you?

Chartered Engineer (UK compliant)
Substantial experience of at least 15 years
Substantial experience in managing large teams and significant budgets at senior level
