3 Month contract
GBP400+/Day
We are looking for an experienced Head of Facilities Management who is looking to work on an exciting project in an inner city environment.
Do you have previous experience as a Head of Facilities Management?
Are you a self–starter who can hit the ground running?
Are you a collaborative and a strong person?
Responsibilities:
Provide daily leadership on all FM related matters.
Leadership on the asset challenge process.
Project manage, procure and resource the full process of condition surveys.
Review and implementation of technical operational systems.
Work with the finance team to create a single form of financial data.
Line management of existing staff working in FM.
Client side management of the H&S Team.
Lead and implement a corporate approach to H&S.
Support the recommissioning of the FM contract on the client side.
