Chadwick Nott have recently been instructed on a new opportunity for an ambitious solicitor seeking "city-quality" employment work in Bristol. Our client is a very well regarded 'Top 50' commercial law firm with an office in central Bristol. They are currently seeking an Employment Solicitor of at least 4 years' PQE to join their Chambers rated Employment Team.
The successful candidate will provide advice to a wide range of public and private sector clients on all aspects of employment law including: advising on employment contracts and policies; performance and absence management; disciplinary and grievance procedures; and managing restructuring redundancies and executive severance.
There will also be opportunity to advise on all aspects of discrimination and deals with employment tribunal and High Court litigation.
The firm are ideally looking for someone with first class experience in employment law. They should also have a strong academic record, an intuitive mind and an interest in business development.
