Elevation are delighted to be exclusively working with a well established business within the tech industry who are looking for a talented and driven Qualified Accountant to take on a brand new integral senior role. The position will be a Divisional Controller position, taking on the responsibility for a key division.
The company have seen tremendous growth and are continually looking for new acquisitions. This person will be involved in the integration of current acquisitions and the planning of prospective new ones. Experience in this area will be required.
You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in transformation and project management. The business has a number of projects in the pipeline, focusing on system implementations, process improvements and a potential for a more centralised finance function. This is very much a strategic position - with commercial and operational expertise key. That said, the ideal candidate will come from a Top 10 Accountancy firm, with attention to detail a must and an extremely strong technical accountancy base of knowledge required. If a candidate ticks every other box but comes from an industry trained background, they may be considered.
This is a modern and progressive company. Remote working is actively encouraged, with there being a need to be in the Sheffield office between 25-50% of the time. An excellent package and salary is on offer and with the autonomy that comes with this role, it is the perfect stepping stone to Finance Director internally or externally.
