FMG, which is part of the ReddeNorthgate Group is a leading outsourcer of motor claims incident management to the insurance, fleet and leasing marketplace. FMG has a large portfolio of 500+ existing clients which are proactively managed by the Client Services team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Client Insurance Solutions function as a Head of Client Relationships, taking full responsibility for the external account management function as well as a desk–based support team of 8 who are custodians of the client experience.
Reporting into Commercial Director the Head of the Client Relationships –Insurance solutions will lead the Insurance Solutions team and be responsible for team development and the growth, performance and satisfaction of the client base.
Through working with, and listening to, customers and effective industry networking, the Head of Client relationships – Insurance solutions will play an integral part in the development and implementation of the client services strategy. Effective collaboration with the relevant FMG and Group stakeholder to deliver specific initiatives and large–scale projects to support the business strategy and business objectives.
You will be tasked with
* Building Relationships – Building and managing strategic & operational relationships with key client stakeholders to establish FMG as a trusted partner.
* Client Development – Devising and implementing growth and retention strategies, identifying opportunities for additional services and improved profitability.
* Strategy – Develop strategic client action plans to win, retain & grow business, creating transparency of activity and timelines.
* Customer Experience – Develop client activity plans to support the clients' key objectives and meet FMG key performance metrics.
About you:
* First and foremost, you are an experienced an individual with a successful career of working within the motor fleet, insurance claims or accident management and repair sectors and a strong commercial background, you will have a thorough understanding of the automotive sector and have an existing network of contacts.
* You are also articulate, intelligent and credible with excellent communication and relationship skills to ensure retention & growth of the client base, along with strong influencing and persuasive skills to optimise business opportunities.
* You are an inspirational leader, passionate about developing a successful, high performing team
* You are able to demonstrate a track record of strategic planning, client relationship development, service delivery and strong team challenge and support.
* You will be either intermediate or advanced level in Microsoft – Word, Excel and especially PowerPoint.
* A real 'people person' who can build trust and support across a wide network of clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Experienced in developing and executing successful client strategies including operational process improvements, transactional growth, increased product penetration and new solutions.
* Highly organized, self–motivated, can think outside of the box and able to use own initiative.
