I am partnered with an exciting organisation at the forefront of oncology therapeutics. With clinical programs ongoing they are looking for an experience clinical pharmacologist to lead as part of these programs.
*Responsibilities:*
* Contribute to compound development utilising quantitative methods integrating knowledge of PK, PD, patient characteristics, disease states and drug–drug interactions
* Lead in modelling and simulation activities
* Provide input to prediction of clinical response and study outcomes of Phase 2 and 3 trials to assist in trial designs
* Work closely with different functional groups such as biology, chemistry, biomarker, translational and clinical
* Support in prep of monographs, pre–IND, INDs and other documents to support clinical studies
* Define regulatory strategies
* Present and/or publish scientist data at conference and peer reviewed journals
*Your Background:*
* PhD in a relevant subject
* Experience working in pharma/biotech/CRO environment
* Understanding of overall drug development and pharmaceutical R&D process
* Experience working within oncology drug development
* Experience with statistical tools
