We have an exciting opportunity for a (Junior) Procurement Business Analyst to join our busy Head Office based in South Molton to work as part of the Merchandise Planning team, to prepare, distribute & develop Reporting to support the wider Procurement & Merchandise Planning Teams.

Main Responsibilities will include:
* To prepare and distribute key Procurement Reports to Product Management & Merchandise Planning Teams as required and within set timescales
* To be the key liaison with IT team with any Reporting & Data issues
* To assist the Head of Merchandise Planning & Merchandise Planners in the design & development of new Procurement Reports
* To liaise with the IT Reporting Development team, to develop new Reporting as required and as requested by the Merchandise Planning team
* To work with the Merchandise Planners to assist with Data gathering and pulling together of Analysis
* To attend Management meetings and communicate effectively.
Essential qualities for the right candidate:
* Experience of Reporting Development
* Ability to work with high levels of data
* Effective communication skills across functions and hierarchy
* Team Player
* Attention to detail
* Strong IT skills
* Strong organisational and time–management skills
* Ability to work under pressure.
