The Role
4+ PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join quality-driven boutique in Bristol
Working with a Partner and two junior colleagues, the team is heavily involved regionally with some more complex ongoing Developments.
Utilising the support of those with other specialities internally in areas such as Corporate & Commercial, Tax and Disputes, the multi-disciplinary approach when acting for Investors and Developers employed by the firm see influential businesses seek the firm's support.
Within a team with in-depth knowledge of all issues relating to planning, construction and engineering, direct and indirect investment, funds, property finance, tax and development, you will give guidance in matters concerning sales and purchases, property finance and lease agreements, with occasional work on residential property and developments.
Whilst fee earning and engaging with current and future clients; you will receive the full broader support of the office, and be met with ongoing progression opportunities as the firm continues to go from strength to strength.
