The role can be called Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, it doesn't really matter, but we are looking for someone who can become the Finance Director within 24 months.

The business needs a hands on and skilled accountant who is willing to be hands on. This isn't a corporate business with a rigid hierarchy, everyone works as a team, so if you can't see yourself putting invoices on the system or sorting through receipts to help out the Accounts Assistant, then this really isn't for you.

You will be tasked with improving the reporting for the banks and also for potential future investment, overseeing cash-flows and being responsible for all day to day accounting.

We are looking for someone with the right attitude to fit into a hard working team going through a very busy stage of its growth.
