Mechanical Project Manager

Skilled careers are working with a well respected medium sized M&E contractor who deliver across sectors for leading main contractors who require a Mechanical Project Manager to work on a notable GBP12m M&E mixed use residential proejct in North West London for a leading developer. As mechanical project manager you will work with an electrical equivalent reporting upstream to a regional operations manager with responsibility for managing the mechanical packages for the duration of the 18 month programme.

The Role * Leading on site mechanical team *Holding client/sub–contractor meetings * Ensuring work is per specification * Ensuring on site Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.

The Candidate * Experience working for an M&E contractor in a supervisory role * Previous experience on projects of a similar size * Highly organised * Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
