Role Title: Head of Finance || Salary: £100,000 plus
This is a finance role that gives you the opportunity to really help shape the direction of the business as you will sit on the Management Committee along with the Founding Partners.
The business are a very reputable wealth management firm who have achieved consistent growth over a number of years and place a real importance on the moral and social responsibility of the firm. Therefore, this is a fairly rare opportunity where you can work in a challenging role that allows you to drive the business forward while also making a positive impact on society.
There is a small finance team that you will lead as the bookkeeping, payroll etc. is outsourced. Therefore you will need to be someone who is happy to be hands on and understand the detail as well as see the bigger picture and drive the business forward.
You will have ownership of all areas of finance, including:
For this role significant wealth management sector experience is essential and they are looking for 10 years plus relevant finance experience.

- Production of management and statutory accounts
- Create and manage the business' budget and forecasting
- All regulatory reporting, ICAAP production and Capital planning
- Production and presentation of MI and quarterly packs along with performance monitoring
- Ad hoc financial analysis and project work
- Managing the audit process
- Team management
- Member of various committees including the Management Committee
- A lot of other responsibilities involved in the running of the Finance function
