Head of Business Development/Head of Sales - Start-up - Remote (London) - GBP65k - GBP85k (DOE) + commission
My client, an exciting start-up based in London, are on the lookout for a Head of business Development to come on board and head up the sales department. You will be responsible for growing the team and developing sales strategies for this growing business. The ideal candidate will come from a Saas or software sales background. As a member of the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for all commercial aspects of the company, including business development, account management, partnerships and sales capabilities/responsibilities.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a senior Sales/Business Development position within a dynamic and fast paced business environment
- Professional and organised
- Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- Ability to grow high performance B2B sales teams
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to engage proactively with clients and business partners
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to quickly adapt to a demanding, high growth business environment
- Have a track record of exceeding quota in your previous positions
- Technology savvy and keen to learn more about and/or interest in the ever changing world of commodities and finance
