FS Regs Lawyer (Payments Regulation)
Our client, A top 100 city firm requires an experienced Financial Services regulatory Lawyer with payments regulations experience to join them on a remote working contract basis for 3-6 months starting at short notice.
The FS regulatory team have received an increased number of new instructions and needs an experienced FS regulatory lawyer with experience of payments services regulation and consumer credit. The team focus on the retail side of regulation, with clients who include life and general insurers. In addition to this they also work on regulatory work deriving from corporate transactions (this includes conduct regulations, MAR, AML, financial promotions, and ABC).
This is fantastic team who support flexible working styles and are open to fulltime or part time arrangements as well as working from home or a combination of office and at home working.
