FS Regulation Lawyer

Our client, a top 50 city firm requires an experienced Financial Services regulatory Lawyer with funds experience to join them on a contract basis for 12 months starting in July 2021. This role will be to cover a maternity leave.

The team sit within the corporate group and specialise in general FS regulation related to the regulation of onshore and offshore funds. The team work on a range of issues deriving from corporate transactions (this includes conduct regulations, MAR, AML, financial promotions, and ABC)

This is fantastic team who fully support their lawyers and their career development. This would be a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the partner on a range of regulatory structures and be an integral part of the team.
