Job Title: Real Estate Analyst || Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
This is a unique role for a recently qualified accountant to move away from core accounting into an extremely broad role where you will work directly with the COO for the Real Estate division of a globally recognised Asset Manager.
If you are a qualified accountant and either work in Practice with Real Estate clients or in industry within a Real Estate Investment Management firm then it is worth reading on. In this role you will get exposure to all areas of the business and predominantly focus on supporting the investment teams.
The role includes the following elements:
- Finance
- Operations
- Due Diligence
- Risk
- Compliance
- Controls
Not only will you have a lot of variety in your role but you will also be learning from an extremely impressive COO at a business that places a lot of importance on continuously developing their people.
You are not expected to have gained experience in all of the above areas, instead they are looking for someone coming from a finance and accounting background who can project manage and pick up new things quickly.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working in the RE investment management sector and wants to learn how the business operates and understand the big picture.
