This leading firm of chartered accountants is searching for a qualified ACA / ACCA and/or, ATT / CTA Personal Tax Planning Senior Manager to join their team, based in Bideford driving the development of their personal tax planning service line within a career enhancing role, as a key addition within this successful firm of accountants.

Joining as a Personal Tax Planning Senior Manager based in the firms offices in Bideford North Devon, you will look working closely with the directors of the firm as go to support delivering tax advisory and planning opportunities with a strong personal tax lead. The partners and directors of this highly successful firm, have identified a significant opportunity for the right client facing and relationship focused personal tax professional to deliver varied and complex planning and tax advisory services to the existing client base. The firms clients are varied across a wide spectrum of industries and size, ranging from directors of small sole traders and limited companies to multi million pound OMBs, SMEs, directors and high net worth individuals, with wide ranging personal and advisory requirements . You will be responsible for building relationships and delivering tax solutions across IHT, succession planning, CGT, Trusts etc with some potential for involvement in wider corporate tax projects. With the growth of the business, excellent prospects for longer term career progression and development are on offer for career focused individuals looking to progress in their tax career.
Profile
You may be a tax focused professional throughout your career, having pursued and qualified ATT and/ or CTA having either specialised in personal tax, or bring a mixed tax background across both personal and corporate tax. Or you may be an ACA, ACCA qualified professional with an initial all round grounding in general accountancy practice, having specialised in taxation later in your career at around the Senior Tax Managerial levels. You will be looking for an advisory focused opportunity, where you can develop long term, added value relationships with your clients. You may be a locally based taxation professional seeking a new challenging career opportunity in the region, with genuine potential to progress, or you may be looking to relocate to North Devon for lifestyle, family reasons etc.
