They are looking for a candidate who is able to fit into this structure and communicate with both business people and the development team.
The Role:
I am looking for an AGILE Business Analyst Lead / Senior Business Analyst to work in software development in central Leicester (with some remote work). You will have experience of leading a team of BAs and working in the development of web based, IOS and Android apps and platforms.
You and your team of 5 Business Analysts act as the liaison between business users and development teams for a range of desktop and web–based wealth management software solutions and you will ensure the business and user requirements are met and delivered.
You will be responsible for resource allocations, time management & work delegation, and the performance Management and KPI Management of the Business Analyst team.
You will be assisting internal teams and end business users through the entire project life cycle and assisting the Support team to analyse software issues, product upgrades and installations for internal and client environments
You will have a degree in a technology and/or business–related discipline, extensive experience as a successful Business Analyst as well as some management & training skills.
You will need strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent written and communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. You will also be able to understand and explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner and have strong testing experience.
