Director of Estates

Build Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a leading education provider in the south west of England to source a Director of Estates. Up to GBP60k

Reporting to the COO, the Director of Estates will be directly responsible for the delivery of the complete Estates function, to include the Health and Safety function across the campus.

The key functionality of the role will be to ensure that the Estates Strategy is developed to support the strategic aims and objectives of the client. Ensuring that the provision of high–quality buildings, facilities and equipment to support the curriculum and business engagement brief is critical to all aspects of their strategic plan, values, vision and commitments.

In addition, there will be a requirement to review and recognise the digital infrastructure needs and developments and how they impact upon the Estates Strategy.

The successful candidate will be educated to NEBOSH diploma standard, and will be able to demonstrate a substantial degree of relevant senior management experience in Estates and Facilities Management, with a successful track record of operating at a high–level strategic and autonomous level.

Working collaboratively with numerous stakeholders to include in–house teams and external supply–chains, excellent communication skills are a must.
