Role: Project Manager – Effluent treatment system

Location: Thurso

IR35: Inside

Rate: GBP400/day (umbrella)

Duration: 12 Months

Security Clearance: SC will be required but can start with BPSS

The purpose of the job is to safely manage the delivery of decommissioning projects to an agreed timescale, cost and quality.

Project Manage the Design and Build of effluent treatment system. – Site based only
Develop project management strategies, optimising plans to respond to changes when necessary.
Create, implement and maintain programme baselines and strategies for the project, taking into account analysis of dependencies and constraints, scope, risks and assumptions.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to expedite safe project delivery.
Manage the production of project documentation including statement of requirements, safety documentation, DMR's, works control documentation and project reports.
Apply appropriate project management techniques and configuration measures.
Prepare handover documentation and manage project handover.
Efficiently manage projects within the bounds of the safety case.
The Job Holder will be responsible for the management and control of projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Management of design and manufacture of equipment which will be just off site.
Anybody with experience in water treatment, plant treatment and chemical treatment.
Experience in chemical process background, NEC contract experience ,
Project Engineer experience.
PM qualification
Essential Experience required:

NEC qualification and experience
PM qualification.
Experience in chemical process background
