Construction Director - Cost Managaement

We're working with one of the world's foremost and pioneering construction and infrastructure consultancies in their continued expansion. As part of their ongoing growth, we're looking for an experienced Construction Director with a focus on Cost Management to head up their Commercial, Education and Scientific divisions.

This is a delivery focused role that will see you heading up contracts across the region – you'll be the go to for Cost Planning and Management, as well as being the primary day to day contact client side on major projects.

The key to your success in this role will be your understanding of Project Quantity Surveying and client–side contract management. The opportunity here is enormous – as part of the senior leadership in the East of England, you'll be linked with a global network of like minded professionals that will continue to offer boons to your career throughout your tenure.
