Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Head of Learning & Development for a large manufacturing organisation with sites across the North.
The successful candidate will provide direction and leadership addressing L&D, Talent Management, Succession Planning and SHE Training to ensure successful delivery of the organisation's strategic objectives.
This will include:
* Learning & Development – Analyse current solutions as Fit for Purpose, and devise strategies to achieve the full potential of existing employees through development interventions across all mediums.
* Performance Management – Provision of internal consultancy and coaching to ensure that the performance management process identifies training needs and links closely with the overall L&D tools.
* Leadership – Provide motivational leadership, developing skills across the OD and L&D teams to ensure enhanced capability and credibility of the team internally.
* Talent Management – Developing a clear approach to ensure long term development strategies for succession planning, external resourcing and robust selection processes.
* Employee Engagement – To take ownership of the Employee survey process, analysing and presenting results and creating clear solutions for any areas of concern along with internal managers and stakeholders.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
* Relevant professional qualification (CIPD Level 7 ideal)
* Experience in designing, developing learning, talent and OD solutions
* Proven generalist L&D/OD experience including the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
* Experience of having both SHE Training and Learning & Development teams reporting in.
* Well rounded performance coaching skills, highly developed communication, and change management experience
* Able to lead and implement organisational change
