Practicus are partnering with an NHS acute hospital who are seeking an 8d Interim Divisional Director of Nursing
You will provide clinical leadership to the divison and be accountable for the quality and safety of the divsion. You will be responsible for CQC actions and providing guidance and support to the senior nursing team. The maintaining of professional standards and develop and implment the divisions's operationla and strategic plans.
Essential:
- NHS management experience in nursing/ Midwifery.
- Experience of quality and risk management and experience of managing multi professional groups.
- Up to date knowledge of current clinical and professional issues.
- An understanding of audit and research based nursing practice.
RATE: GBP59.98ph (Inside IR35)
START: 3rd or 10th May 2021
