Are you ready to move up to Head of Department for a leading law firm situated in Kent/SE London borders with excellent transport links?

A fantastic opportunity with a leading firm in Kent/SE London has now opened for a Head of Department in residential property. The role will suit an Associate or Team Leader who is looking to now progress into a senior role and lead the small, experienced team forward.

You will join a respected residential property team where you will be responsible for:

* Your own caseload of residential sales and purchase

* full accountability for the commercial performance of the department

* Assist the team to reach revenue targets

* Expand the client base

* Develop the team

The role

* Manage day to day activities and functions for the team

* Service your own caseload

* Achieve personal and team targets

* Manage the department to achieve a high standard of work

* Maintain high professional practice and operate within the SRA gidelines

* Conduct regular meeting with the team to motivate and measure progress

The candidate

* UK Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in residential property

* Experience of managing or supervising a team

* Commercially minded individual

* Passionate about results and developing a team

* Target driven
