A leading digital marketing and design agency is looking to recruit a Business Develoment Manager to cover their Newbury region. The focus of this role will be to help businesses growth and measurably increase through successful digital marketing services. You will aid your clients in finding, serving and retaining customers and you will maximise their exposure to engage new audiences and new streams of customers.
**Candidates who have had previous experience within Media, Digital Marketing, Print, Agency or Telecoms should apply**
**Candidates who have had experience of solution based selling should apply**
The key elements of the role will include:
• Influencing senior decision makers of local SME businesses by way of face to face appointments.
• Presenting in a clear and concise manner to senior decision makers.
• To develop a thorough understanding of the customer's business, trading conditions and challenges in the market their business operates in.
• To create and present digital marketing propositions that meet the customer's needs.
• Continuously maintain an in–depth industry knowledge and adapt sales techniques as a result.
• Become a trusted partner for customers.
• To educate customers in new products and propositions that will enhance their business performance.
• Offer a creative approach to problem solving.
This is a really great opportunity for an experienced, field based BDM who is looking to further their sales career and build thier business portfolio.
