The Role

Senior Property Lawyer to join regional heavyweight firm as Head of Department

In a position of high responsibility and influence, you will bring your 6+ years experience in Residential Property to act as a knowledge guru to the wider firm, as you take ownership of complex fee earning and manage the performance of 12 fee earners.

Leading by example, mentoring colleagues to new heights and as a member of the Leadership team, you will manage HNW and complex cases involving sales, purchases, shared ownership, equity release, re-mortgages and new builds, whilst being proactive in business development to further expand the remit of the team.

The team has a reputation for outstanding service, drawing in much of the interesting work regionally, with the brand being a hallmark for quality.

As you thrive in the role and see the department perform, the opportunity will arise to secure a Partnership in the firm in good time.

The Requirements
  • 6+ years fee earning experience within residential property
  • Mentoring and guidance of junior colleagues
  • Engaging with fellow leadership
  • Running BD projects
