Commercial Property Solicitor - 5yrs+ PQE - Nuneaton
This highly regarded law firm based in Nuneaton are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to lead their busy Real Estate team. There is a clear route to Partnership with this role.
You will deal with a good mix of quality Commercial Property work including acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, grants of leases and lease renewals, mergers, business sales, shareholders agreements as well as project development and associated planning agreements and options. The client base ranges from small private companies to developers as well as regional companies and you will deal with their larger commercial clients.
Ideally you will have gained a minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial Property and be comfortable dealing with a variety of Real Estate work as well as leading a small team.
This is a very rewarding role and will give you the opportunity to work towards Partnership as you take over from someone who is retiring from the firm. Salary is based on PQE level, but this is an opportunity with tremendous potential.
