You will work across banking and finance transactions, including leveraged finance, real estate finance and asset based lending.
The team act for both borrowers and lenders and their clients include the main clearing banks, fund-based lenders and ABLs.
The firm are members of the Loan Market Association and work on multi-bank syndications as well as bilateral transactions. They are also often involved in complex, cross border transactions for UK and overseas lenders.
