Senior Finance Manager

I'm currently recruiting for a FTSE Listed non-alcoholic beverage company, offering a large range of brands. My client is looking to recruit Senior Finance Manager to join their Finance Controlling team for 2-3 month duration with an immediate start date. As they are in acquisitional stage, they need assistance with the following responsibilities:

Senior Finance manager tasks

• Support with documentation of accounting position papers in connection with acquisition transaction
• Support with preparation of executive review materials for VP/Audit Committee in connection with transaction
• Liaising with target management and advisers supporting with ad hoc financial integration activities
• Role supports Director and Associate Director level

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA). Experience within other financial controlling departments, or Big 4. Based in London preferably working from home.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. They are paying £400 - £500per/day
