I am working closely with a PE backed ECommerce organisation who are experiencing YOY growth and continue to invest in business areas. This is a unique opportunity to be solely responsible for the day to day running of finance and report directly into the Finance Director.
Desirable skillset:
Experience within the ECommerce sector
Worked for a PE/VC backed business
Worked within an SME environment
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Ownership of forecasting model and building presentations / outputs for external stakeholders Support delivering investor presentations with the FD Oversee Finance Ops with new AP / AR / Payroll / Treasury / Month End Reporting processes and controls All statutory matters inc. stat accounts, corp tax, VAT Owned all legal matters; supplier contracts, small claims, data protection, company secretarial, employee matters P&L ownership and month end journal entries Manage the management accounts and month end close Continuous review of financial, control and management information systems and
procedures, implementing improvements across the business Provide support and advice on accounting issues
