Duties:
Maintain and improve manufacturing processes
People management
Implementation of core KPIs
Maintain a high standard of manufacturing
Partake in business critical meetingsRequirements:
Hands–on management style
10+ years in a Manufacturing environment
5+ Years in a Manufacturing Manager position
Experience within a high quality low volume environment
Proven experience of process management and improvementThe successful candidate will be joining an extremely fast growing tight–knit team working within a niche in the market with some very exciting upcoming projects.
