Hours: Monday to Friday 9am–5pm
We have an opportunity to join a well–established Law firm in West Midlands. Candidates who are currently 5 yrs + PQE from either a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executives and Conveyancers will be considered.
The role:
We are looking to recruit a Full Time Solicitor / Conveyancer to work in my clients West Midlands based office.
Applicants should have expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
The firm have a very busy and successful residential conveyancing team and are looking for a Team Leader which will require:
Competency in managing and supervising a team of Solicitors, paralegals and departmental support staff.
Handling a full caseload including panel work, dealing with matters from commencement to conclusion.
Regular networking and other marketing activities are essential as part of the business development.
It involves prompt and accurate attention to detail to ensure that we deliver a high quality service to clients and able to follow and adhere to compliance procedures. You will be joining a busy and successful residential & commercial conveyancing team.
We are looking for someone who has experience in leading a team, knowledge of case management, ability to prioritise work and excellent communication skills.
