Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading PE Backed FMCG company to assist in the recruitment of a Commercial Finance Manager. The site is based in Rotherham and they supply into the vast majority of major UK retailers as well as a number of large manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities;
- Provide detailed performance analysis, highlighting trends
- Performance review including pricing / product changes, and promotional activity
- Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process
- Provide robust financial planning and analysis
- Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan
- Work with other departments to build their annual budgets and forecasts
- Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors
Skills;
- Qualified accountant CIMA/ACCA
- Leadership experience
- Experience within a business going through large scale transformation
- FMCG Experience
- Advanced excel and business modelling capability.
