Our client is a successful multidisciplinary consultancy with offices across the UK. They have recently won an extremely large project that is set to be one of the biggest in the UK's history and are needing to appoint an Associate Director of Mechanical bias to lead this scheme. If you're at Associate level now managing a team with demonstrable technical capabilities and client management skills get in touch today. You must have worked on major schemes and have experience within the automotive, commercial/industrial, retail, residential and education sectors are essential with experience in clean/dry rooms desirable. At the moment due to the size of the company and its growth plans this is a fantastic opportunity to come in and become a Board Director over the next few years.

As the successful Mechanical Associate Director, you will need to be able to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations whilst maintain and building new relationships for the company. You will have demonstrable experience when it comes to the design of mechanical systems through a number of different building types and will be able to manage multiple projects at one time. You will be well versed in; Foul Drainage Above Ground, Central Control/Building Management, Compressed Air, Hot and Cold Water, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) inc. ISO Clean/Dry Rooms and Steam. You will have played an active part in the development of the more junior engineers and will manage the engineering output for each project. You will be responsible for managing financial deliverable and will play a part in the project bids.

Mechanical Associate Director Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
Minimum 10 years' experience within a building services design position
CEng as well as accredited member of recognised organisation
Excellent technical capability when it comes to design of mechanical systems
