About the Role
At Tricentis we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. This role will be responsible for leading and developing a global software engineering team(s) responsible for the development of Tricentis products within our Packaged Apps vertical(s). This highly collaborative leader will partner closely with other leaders within Tricentis to deliver and support these software solutions. The ideal candidate will be technically sharp and current in the technologies and methodologies that are used to deliver cloud–based solutions at large scale. They should have extensive experience in building secure software at scale, including enterprise architectural and data best practices. The leader will help develop a technical vision, strategy and direction setting for the teams and then translate those into plans and actions that will accomplish our Tricentis product goals.

* Lead, manage and organize diverse and globally distributed teams.
* Drive enterprise thinking, strategies, solutions & architectures to enable Tricentis as a platform
* Develop and enhance strategies that support software delivery, customer value and internal effectiveness.
* Partner closely with Product Management, Business Operations, Customer Success and other key departments to deliver solutions that meet market needs for functionality, quality, and time–to–market.
* Utilize metrics and systems to gauge progress and drive relentless improvement.
* Participate in technical due diligence and represent the state and direction of our technical architecture to external audiences
