A boutique market leading financial services firm are currently looking to a hire a litigation lawyer to work with a highly proficient team of restructuring and insolvency lawyers in order to recover debts owed to insolvent and solvent companies, primarily in the construction industry.
As a market leader in this space, the team work in an innovative and creative way and have recently experienced great success. They now require the additional expertise of a litigation lawyer to continue to grow in their fast paced market, in a role focussed on running adjudications. This is a tight knit, hardworking team which bonds well and celebrates combined efforts, despite much of the team working flexibly, and we are therefore looking for someone who is a true team player. Construction experience is not required although will be beneficial.
Suitable applicants should be at least 2 years qualified. Remote working is encouraged although some group meetings in the office will be required post pandemic. Part time working will also be considered.
