Your new role
This is a perm Senior Director role with ownership of the EMEA region. You will work closely with the CFO in the US to drive improvements across the team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and related compliance spanning 13 countries across the EMEA & APAC region. It will be managing a team of 40 employees located across Europe, and the UAE with several Senior Managers as direct reports. You will be responsible for all aspects of finance - overseeing statutory reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, management accounts and cashflow alongside leading on the audit and SOX compliance This position will suit a very senior controller who has previously worked with a US owned/ listed business and understands the controls environment, preferably with a top 4 ACA training background. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business reporting directly into an impressive CFO in the US.
