The role of the Finance Business Partner is to drive the performance of the business units that they support at both Sales growth and EBITDA level. This is a highly commercial role, to investigate and explore inefficiencies that need to be improved, identify growth opportunities and share best practice.

Produce standard monthly reporting pack to include key KPI's for the business plus additional information tailored to the Referral Director's needs.
Support key stakeholders with the budgeting and forecasting process.
Identify areas of growth and opportunity via data analysis. Identify and flag areas of risk.
Produce a detailed quarterly forecast in conjunction with the Managing Director to highlight areas of opportunity or risk
Provide finance support and guidance on investment opportunities (to include CAPEX spend, Investment Appraisal, Business Cases.
Liaise with the Finance Acquisition team and provide the Managing Directors with finance support to enable them to make informed decisions regarding future acquisitions
Profile
-Qualified accountant
-Stakeholder Management, Business Partner experience to senior managers
-Commercial acumen, highly analytical, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Offer
£55,000-£65,000 salary (there may be some stretch for an exceptional candidate)
