Robert Half is currently working with a market leading Events business based in Central London, to recruit a Finance Systems Manager on a contractual basis at a daily rate of GBP(Apply online only) per day
The Role
As Systems Finance Manager you will look after:
LEAD on the implementation of SAP BYD
Data migration preparation and execution
Help refine COA and create new accounts and hierarchy to support required reporting structure and cost allocation
Data migration reconciliation
Fixed asset creation of new categories and data migration and reconciliation
Configuration/process refinement support for implementation and post–implementation system dev
Process roll–out
EXPENSE PROCESS AUTOMATION
Embed expensify expenses integration with SAP
Process set–up for business users, finance management and reconciliation
Creation and completion of balance sheet reconciliations
Fixed Asset reconciliations including depreciation
Final actual vs budget reporting and support for year–end MI pack
Support and drive budget process [timetable to produce consolidated budget by 30 Apr]
Work with dept heads to produce departmental budgets for overheads and event activity – providing actuals and rigour to complete process effectively and within plans
Help reduce the cashflow and consolidated budgets
Provide detailed and meaningful analysis and business partnering support to produce budgets
Ensure data migrated into SAP aligns with YoY actuals reporting
Application and implementation of new payment gateway
Upgrade of company credit card scheme and integration into SAP
Analysis of access/controls and refresh of user profiles to reflect new system and team changes and maximise efficiency and control of banking and payment processesYour Profile
SAP BYD Exp or an equivalent system would be desirable.
Strong technical accounting background, or experience in a Finance Manager role, with a look to turn more commercial would be beneficial
