This is a highly rewarding role for an out–and–out sales leader, who can inspire a large team, steer a global sales operation and shape corporate strategy as a Board member.
I'm working for a well–established tech company that's well–known in its field and is growing strongly worldwide, including in emerging markets.

Lead a 50–strong sales operation
You'll lead the senior sales management team in maximising commercial opportunities across the company's distributor, specifier and corporate end user channels.
Beyond this there'll be responsibility for the full customer–facing operation, which includes sales administration, logistics, training and customer support. That's over 50 people in total.
The other key element will be strategic: monitoring market and technology trends, especially around IOT and SaaS, and working with fellow Board members to align the business accordingly.
Naturally there is P&L responsibility for worldwide sales and a high personal profile with key national and international accounts.
You
This is absolutely a role for an experienced sales leader with strong all–round commercial skills and Board level credibility.
A technology background is essential, ideally within a field selling medium to high value modular, ideally web–connected products into professional markets.
You'll also have managed / developed distribution channels and negotiated commercial agreements with international businesses.
